Account Creation Options

📝 Create Account with Email Create a new OneIDEX account using your email address

  • Perfect if your organization doesn't use Microsoft
  • Set up your own password

🔗 Create Account with Microsoft Use your existing Microsoft account (work)

  • Even more single sign-on convenience
  • Recommended if your organization uses Microsoft 365 or Entra ID

Which Option Should I Choose?

Use Email Registration if:

  • Your organization doesn't use Microsoft 365 or Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
  • You prefer to manage your own password
  • You want a standalone OneIDEX account

Use Microsoft Registration if:

  • Your organization uses Microsoft 365 or Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
  • You want even more single sign-on convenience
  • You prefer fewer passwords to remember
  • Your IT department recommends Microsoft integration

What Happens After Registration?

Once you've created your account, you'll be able to:

  • Access OneIDEX-enabled applications - Sign into connected services seamlessly
  • Use single sign-on - Access multiple applications with a single OneIDEX account
